General
Our Villa built in 2003 is situated in an ideal position on the quiet and peaceful community of Westbury. It is located off of highway 27 and is only 1.5 miles from the easiest access to the parks, interstate 4 (junction 55). Journey time to the Disney main gate is only 13 minutes. It is also ideally positioned for any of the airports - Sandford 70 minutes, Orlando International 40 minutes and Tampa 60 minutes.
The position within the Westbury community is unparalleled, overlooking conservation ground, with the pool and surrounding area catching the sun all day and providing stunning sunsets.
Sunset Villa is fully air-conditioned, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 – perfect for 2 families to share or for one family to enjoy the extra living space.
There is ample off road parking and a large double garage.
A telephone is provided – all international / local calls are free 24/7. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed (Smoking allowed in pool area). The Villa is accessible to wheelchair users. A safe is available for use, free of charge.
Pool area
Our larger than average (upgraded) pool is in a very private position and is not overlooked. The pool area features a terrace and its position means that it catches the sun all day.
The pool (28 x 14 ft, 3 – 5 ft deep) has underwater lighting, extended deck, patio furniture and a covered lanai which gives protection from insects but still ensures you get a suntan! All doors to the pool area are alarmed which is peace of mind for those of you that have small children. The pool has a gas heater (available at extra cost, £80 / $150 per week), which provides a nice comfortable swimming experience in the cooler months. The pool heater is recommended from November to the end of March.
Kitchen / Dining area
The kitchen is open plan and has been fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All kitchen equipment including cutlery, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a breakfast bar with stools and a dining area with a table with 6 chairs.
Living room
The open plan living room has easy access to the pool area, two comfortable sofas (one of which easily converts to a double bed), occasional tables, a cable TV / VCR / DVD and a stereo radio / CD player making it the ideal place to relax after a busy day at the parks.
Games room
A dedicated games room contains a full sized pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board.
Bedrooms
The sleeping accommodation includes 2 large and attractive bedrooms, each having queen size beds, built in wardrobes and additional drawer space. The Master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. Both of the Master bedrooms have TV's with cable.
Both main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom both have access to the pool area which is ideal for showering after swimming.
The other two bedrooms which are attractively decorated have 2 single beds in each, built in wardrobes, TV’s, and a separate family bathroom.
All bed linen, towels and swimming towels are provided.
