Sunset Villa has been carefully furnished and equipped to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday. We can provide a welcome package of food and essentials on request. 2) Where do I get the keys from, when I arrive ? The keys do not have to be collected as we have a key box outside villa (codes given prior to arrival). 3) What do I do if any problems occur during my stay ? Our management company will be able to rectify any faults and explain how things work. Please don't be shy of contacting them - they are there to help you, however small the problem! Their number will be available at the villa and we will ensure that you have the number before you leave for Florida. 4) What will the weather be like when I arrive ?
Data courtesy of the Weather Channel. Please that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. This means that rain storms can be sudden and heavy. In the peak rainfall months (Jun - Sep), rain typically falls daily in the afternoon for a short period before clearing to give sunshine. Hurricanes can occur during months of June – Sept. Please read information on what to do if one occurs (information in villa). 5) When should I take pool heat as an option ? The pool heater is recommended from November to the end of March. The pool heater is provided at additional cost - please see the prices page for current pricing details. 6) Is maid service included in the price ? No, our Villa is rented out on a self-catering basis. The property is cleaned on departure of every guest party and inspected prior to your arrival. For your convenience the villa is provided with a mop, brush and pan for maintaining the property cleanliness during your stay. Our Villa is treated regularly for insects and the pool is treated to maintain its cleanliness. 7) When do I pay the deposit / final payment / security deposit ? Your deposit payment is due at the time of booking to confirm and hold the reservation. Final payment for all rentals and additional options is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. 8) How close is Sunset Villa to Disney and other major attractions ? Sunset Villa is approximately 13 minutes from the main Disney gate and within an hour of most other major attractions in the area. 9) Is there a phone at the property ? Yes. It is provided for you to be able to make (free) local and International calls 24/7. Please contact us to send you an information pack with booking form, this can then be returned to us with a deposit. 11) Are there any restrictions at the property ? Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property and pets are not permitted. 12) How can I find answers to any other questions I have ?
