This modern and spacious Villa is ideally situated amongst the orange groves of the popular Westbury community. It is one of the most private Villas on the development, overlooking conservation ground and woodland. The larger than average pool is heated (additional charge), fully screened and all doors from villa to pool are alarmed. Its position means that the pool and deck catch the sun all day and provides fabulous views of the sunset.

The property is in an ideal location, only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 13 minutes from Disney World. Shops, restaurants and several championship golf courses are all located nearby.

The interior features an open plan kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer. All cutlery, crockery, utensils and pans are provided. There is a breakfast bar for three and dining area for six.

The two master bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and the two twin bedrooms have access to a separate family bathroom. The main master bedroom and master bathroom features direct access to the poolside.

The open plan living room opens onto the pool area and has two large sofas (one converts to a double bed), a coffee table, side tables TV (with cable), VCR / DVD player and radio / CD player.

Our games room features a full sized pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.
